Direct Connection High Speed Data Line

We provide both a guaranteed bandwidth connection, and a burstable connection. The burstable connection is designed for applications that would like to have the speed and bandwidth of a full T1 available when needed, but the connection will be little used the rest of the time. A burstable connection can save a considerable amount of money, while providing the bandwidth of full T1. You only pay for the average bandwidth used during the month.

Calculation of the average bandwidth used on a burstable T1 is done by sampling the data flow during each 5 minute period. The level below which 95% of the samples fall is the average bandwidth used for that month. Bandwidth usage information is continuously available on line for customer monitoring.
Prices do not include telephone company charges or other equipment required to make the connection on the customer premises. Routers, TSUs and other equipment will be quoted separately.
All dedicated lines include domain name support, IP address as needed, Email relay, and news server access.

Customer may register an individual domain name, such as www.yourcompany.com. Registration fees, currently $55, will be billed to the customer.
Domain relocation and set up fee $50. This includes DNS configuration, web site set up, and Email setup.
Accounts are billed Net 10 on the anniversary date of the account set up.
Customer requested username change fee $10
Additional storage is available for $0.50 per MB per month
Additional transfer above plan limit is $10.00 per 100MB per month.
